Dear Pr. Kenneth,
I’ve been part of Acts Church since the second half of 2007. It was my first year of being a campus student. It has been a very blessed almost 17 years now. Wow, how time flies! As I reflect on it, I don’t think I’ve ever seized an opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to you for obeying God’s call on your life, doing and continuing (even until today) to do all that you’re doing. So here it is after 17 years :P
THANK YOU so much! Words, even in writing, may not suffice. I can’t even begin to imagine how much of yourself that you’ve given to love, disciple, showing yourself as an example, leading the church over the past 24 years and more. I was a rather new believer when I first came to Acts. I’ve since learned a lot and benefited from being part of this faith and spiritual family. I’ve also grown from being challenged constantly. I think I owe much of who I am or have become over the years to you and the church family. Yes, at the end of the day, the church is the body of Christ and never about one person. But if you hadn’t stepped out in faith all those many years ago… well there wouldn’t have been an Acts Church for me to belong in. So yes, thank you once again. I cherish and celebrate not just all that you’ve achieved, but also all your hidden behind the scenes unmentioned invisible labours of sweat and tears poured into doing the Lord’s work. May all of that be as pleasing aroma to the Lord. :)
May the Lord continue to strengthen and sustain you, and give you good health. May He continue to provide for your every need as you continue from strength to strength in all that He has in store for you. Cheering you on, pastor!
